Shipping Within The Netherlands
Within the Netherlands ALERO AFRICA use DHL to deliver items. The approximate shipping costs for the Netherlands are €6.95 per package. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the package. The amounts listed here are for packages between 0 – 10kg.
Shipping Within EU
Currently we only ship to the following European countries: Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, the UK, France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Italy and Spain. The approximate shipping costs for these countries are approximately €16.50 per package. We use DHL to deliver packages internationally. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the package. The amounts listed here are for packages between 0 – 10kg.
Shipping Times
Netherlands: Your package should arrive 2 – 5 business days after payment is received. For items temporarily out of stock shipping times are between 3 – 8 days.
For items that are made to fit the shipping times are between 5 – 21 days.
Other EU countries: Your package should arrive 5 – 14 days after payment is received.
- As a special thank you to our customers, Netherlands delivery is free on orders above €150 EURO / $150 USD / £130 GBP after discount when applicable.
- Shipping prices are applicable to all orders under €150. This is to supplement the charges incurred from reputable delivery companies. These prices ensure that your product is delivered to you safely and on time.
- For ‘made to order’ or ‘pre-order’ items, please allow 2-3 weeks after payment has cleared for your item to be made prior to dispatch.
